Apply today and take the first step to Destination: Progress.<br><br>As a <b>senior or lead data analyst </b>in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you'll build and maintain analytical tools used to prioritize projects and manage change saturation across CRM. In this role, you'll analyze and interpret data to enhance project and process efficiency. The PMO manages 400+ projects simultaneously, impacting internal and external customers. You'll build and maintain methodologies to prioritize projects, assess their success, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll also provide transparency into project and portfolio health through enhanced portfolio and change metrics with objectives to optimize resource allocation and Operations change saturation scores.
