Train and mentor store associates on proper merchandising techniques and standards.
Oversee inventory management to ensure products are in stock and displayed appropriately.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure merchandising plans are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Analyze sales data and make recommendations for adjustments to planograms to improve sales and customer experience.
Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandising.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure promotional and seasonal displays are executed effectively.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to product availability, product placement, or planogram execution.
Assist in the development and implementation of new merchandising initiatives.
